Hi,
Just by taking a quick look here it looks like maybe your sku is possibly being truncated in the sql query. I tested this in PC4 BTO and I see your issue. Try using the following example SKU.  I'm pretty sure this has been taken care of in newer versions of Productcart. For the rest of your sku's try adding the second quote where needed and you should be o.k.

Are there any restrictions on the characters used in SKU field? I am getting weird results, PC tell me a SKU is a duplicate but a search does not show a duplicate, weird results in BTO conflict management using that SKU (bto item).
