It's not the display of the prices that is difficult, it's getting the page to recognize the selection and pass the correct amount to the cart.  Here is what I have so far....

We've done that with dropdowns, so radio buttons shouldn't be that difficult.  This is a v3.51 store so the code is not directly transportable to current levels.
