Hi Peace - I think you will need to submit a support ticket and get EI the information to log in to the store.  I've looked at your link, agree that things are not operating as one might expect (assuming data is configured correctly), but without getting into the admin and examining the product it's not likely going to be possible to resolve this. Link. We have not made any ASP changes to either the header or footer. Upgrading to the latest release has still not solved the problem. We believe this occurred after the v4.5 update.

Hello,

We have had ProductCart for a while now, and the Apparel plugin has worked flawlessly until now. However, we have just recently found that our subproduct images have not been working properly. Essentially, the subproduct images (colors mainly) do not load when the subproduct is selected (clicking the thumbnails or selecting an option).

We did contact our hosting provider and did query them as to whether they had changed servers or changed any of the software on their side. The said that they hadn't, and thought that recycling our app pool might solve the problem. This did not solve the problem either.

Any ideas on how to solve the problem?
