Product Cart would allow you to create custom input fields for length and width but the calculation of square footage based on a preset cost would be custom code. The additional options can be done in Product Cart out of the box and add to the price. You should be able to do this in the standard version as it now allows unlimited options per product.

I want to create custom option fields for products that will allow the buyer to input a size i.e. Length x Width (inches) and then factor the square footage x a preset cost per square foot then take that base product price and add options and calculate a total price.
