A while back I had a European customer wanting to have something shipped to a US address because his friend was flying over to visit him.  I turned on ship to a different  address but PC
would not allow the package to be shipped.  From what I remember, I tested PC on an US to US
address and all worked fine.   I ship from the USPS.  Has this issue been addressed in V4.5?
