I have our QB sync set up to link to existing customers in QB or create a new customer.  I'm having 2 problems at the moment.

1.  It's ONLY creating new customers even if that customer exists in QB. 
2.  And then it creates the customer name wrong...it imports it as:

First, Last

Instead of the usual:

Last, First

Does anyone know how to fix these problems?
