I created the ticket and the problem has been solved.
At this point I'd say the upgrade to V4.5 is done and is sweet (and was painless!).

I have just upgraded to V4.5.
The process has gone smoothly except that the items in the store that are set up as apparel items are not showing the cross selling items.
One the back end, when I click cross selling for the item I can see all the chosen items listed, but on the front end no items are showing.
Any ideas would be appreciated,
