Hi,   As suspected this will need to be tackled by POSIM I'm afraid. They have customized the code, which will make any upgrade more complex but to use the available update they will either need to upgrade or take the Google update (available from the Support > Just In section of the ProductCart website) and revise it to work with their version. Sorry it's not better news.

I am working with a POSIM system and ePOSIM which I learned after purchasing actually uses ProductCart for the web store. We recently turned off our old site and launched the new site with POSIM. The ProductCart version POSIM is using is 3.51 which appears to be a couple versions behind ProductCarts current versions.

There are number of problems we are trying to resolve and POSIM has been of limited help. Most importantly the GoogleBase feeder does not generate the newly required fields. Is there any way that we can install an upgrade or does POSIM need to do address this?

Regarding UPCs, I have them in POSIM but they do not push up the ProductCart.

Has anyone else worked with ProductCart and POSIM. We are a Mac based system. This problem is becoming very costly as sales have dropped to zero. Help!
