We recently updated our product cart from 3.5 all the way up to 4.1. After the update we turned on the SEO friendly URLs and everything on the site works fine, all the links go to the right pages and the canonical tags are all valid. However when Google crawls our site product cart rewrites the URL wrong. Here are some examples... 

Search String 
"Boys Bedding"
Correct
http://www.rainbee.com/productcart/pc/Boys-Bedding-c4311.htm
Incorrect generated by PC
https://www.rainbee.com/www.rainbee.com/productcart/pc/Boys-Bedding-c4311.htm

Search String 
"Teen Bedding"
Correct
http://www.rainbee.com/productcart/pc/Teen-Bedding-c62.htm
Incorrect generated by PC
https://www.rainbee.com/www.rainbee.com/productcart/pc/Teen-Bedding-c62.htm

I have changed the storecontant.asp to contain "http://www.rainbee.com" however that still does nothing it seems to be adding the https URL and treating the FQDN as a folder the second time. I'm not sure what to do. We have changed nothing besides the files for updating so I know its something to do with product cart. Any help would be appreciated.
