I have ProductCart v3.5 and I'm having trouble updating my customer's order status in the Admin panel (console).

When I click on the order and try to update the payment status (we process off-line) I do as follows:

Click on "Payment Status" tab

Select "Paid"

Click "Update Payment Status"

Click "OK" to popup

Normally I stay on the Payment Status tab but today after I click OK to the popup the screen goes back to the order and the Payment status is set back to Pending.

I've never had this problem before.

What the heck is going on??
