    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=146">highgravity</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 476<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02-October-2006 at 8:14pm<br /><br /><P><SPAN =050245023-02102006><FONT face=Arial size=2>We are in the process of creating a number of Build to Order Items that will ship in several boxes even though it is one product in Productcart.</FONT></SPAN></P><P><SPAN =050245023-02102006><FONT face=Arial size=2>What I need is to be able to grab the setting from the existing items that I have already created.&nbsp; For instance, our Build Your Own Beer Equipment kit is Has the Basic Beer Kit designated to ship in a separate box as is the Glass Carboys that can be added to the "Kit".&nbsp; When we go to ship these items in the FedEx shipping center, it is listed as one item and we have to go to the FedEx sight to ship it.</FONT></SPAN></P><P><SPAN =050245023-02102006><FONT face=Arial size=2>Also, because it is assumed it is in one box, the weight limit of 70 lbs is quickly exceeded and the only shipping option for our customers is our custom "Pick up in store".</FONT></SPAN></P><P><SPAN =050245023-02102006><FONT face=Arial size=2>It would be great to get Product cart to note the items designated as "Shipped Separately" and have them show as a package in the Shipping Manager and calculate the shipping charges for the customer based on the separate weights for those items that are shipped by themselves.</FONT></SPAN></P>]]>
