Client using ProductCart / QB Synchronizer / QB Enterprise with Advanced Inventory. Note - I am NOT the ProductCart wizard - QBE side is mine, but I am overall project manager trying to get all this to work together...
 
Question - For Inventory quantity, PC appears to be pulling from Quantity on Hand, while we would like it to be using Quantity Available. We go through a lot of stock and have QBE set up to recognize / make available for sale not only what is 'on hand', but also what is 'on order'.
 
Is there a way to control / set PC so it is working on same basis?
 
Right now, we may have 10 of an item actually on hand, but 1000 ordered / due tomorrow. We can create sales orders in QBE for up to 1010...but our PC maintained web store won't...it only knows about the 10 until items actually arrive / get received / on hand gets incremented.
