It's also that people like to give positive solutions rather than saying no or I don't know. So if there is no solution there is quite often no reply. Another reason for no replies is complex problems or questions about lesser used parts of ProductCart or add-ons.

I don't know...it doesn't exactly have the highest traffic, but I've found the community of users and developers here to be quite helpful and knowledgeable. You just can't expect an immediate reply.

Hi Ludwig,
    No, there isn't a way of doing this I'm afraid. You could try editing it directly in the DB, but take a backup first and if it doesn't work just revert the field to the original value.
