I have added these details to the Confirmation Email settings, I just think it would be goods to only have the appropriate required details only. 

i.e If they made a payment using a payment gateway they don't need any of these details.

Should I suggest a feature?

I have a Direct Debit payment option for customers, I have set it up in the "Offline Payment Options" and put our Bank Account Details in the "Terms" text box.

? Is there a better way to set this up as some customers don't make a note of the account details and they are not sent to them in the order confirmation email.

I know the offline payment feature is for Money Orders etc, but there is no feature to enter the "Mail To" details either, these need to be included in the order confirmation email.
