We Do use "Pickup in Showroom" but, in our case, all store items are available in Showroom plus many that are Showroom only.

What I would like to do is have a customer be able to choose a shipping option to do "Customer Pickup" and have them tell me the date and time they'll pick up the item(s).

Assume I have 10 items for sale on the store and only three of them are able to use the Customer Pickup mode, how also would I list what SKU's are able to use that shipping option? 

Of course there is no shipping or handling costs.

Has anyone approached this issue and what did you do to make it a reality, if so?

Any ideas?
