Yes, this is for an online gifting business so it is definitely a hard requirement. I will send you an email to get details on the wine filter mod, or if you want to mail to me that would be great. We have a mod that we did for a store selling live plants.  As you may know, live plants cannot be shipped into California.  That part is not so difficult and could be implemented for your wine issue.  Don't have any ideas beyond that.
 
Why does it have to ship to multiple addresses?  Gifts?  I've seen requests to drop ship FROM differnet addresses, but never TO.

Thank you for the quick response. I am an ASP developer who is new to Product Cart and am looking to start using it for client deployments. The particular client in question requires shoppers to purchase multiple items and ship each one to a different address. Another requirement is the ability to restrict wine sales to certain states. Just about every other requirement is available in Product Cart in one form or another so trying to determine if a) these two features exist already, or b) how intense it will be to implement custom.
