Hi Anoopr,
     Try selecting "check for updates" from your admin pages or logging in to the support system. If you need to purchase upgrade & support it should let you know.

In OnePageCheckout.asp  in firefox Customer Alert message is showing in Some of the purchase. 
From research the error is causing from jquery ajax error section. It is now frequent that 
can any one direct us why this happen often in the cart.

I am using  ProductCart v4.0a.
