It turns out I downloaded the updater for a previous version, so the files were incomplete. I have the complete zip file now.

It seems that the /qwc/ folder under /Quickbooks/ that is referenced in QB_Download.asp is not present. Adding it didn't help. It was not in the ProductCart_Synchronizer_for_QuickBooks_v1.08_062011_PPE_only.zip under the pcadmin/quickbooks/ folder.

I did the complete setup up to this point: copied all files, set permissions, made the webservice folder an application, /QuickBooks/webservice/ProductCartWC.asmx works, installed the web connector, etc. Not sure what I could be missing.
