    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1595">Dayv3</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4558<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20-June-2011 at 7:06pm<br /><br /><br>Hi,<br><br>The problem is that the US Postal service is not accepting Canada bound packages until<br>the postal strike in Canada is over.&nbsp;&nbsp; I am guessing that they do not want<br>warehouses of boxes piling up.&nbsp; Global Express mail from the US post office will<br>be accepted&nbsp; because that is actually a service that is provided by Federal Express.<br><br>I had some E-Mails from our friends up north stating&nbsp; that they could register but could not get shipping info.<br><br>I am guessing that the strike will not last long and will look for your order in a week or so.<br><br>A Canadian customer wrote me today saying that <br><pre wrap="">The Feds here are introducing a "get back to frigginwork order" today.</pre>I hope this helps,<br>Dave<br>]]>

The shipping provider's server may be unavailable at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact the store administrator."</div><div><br></div><div>If they use a USA address, it works fine. Any ideas on how to diagnose this? Could it be something we've configured wrong? Running latest ProductCart. Thanks in advance.</div>]]>
