Hello,

I am trying to figure out a way to MAKE Canadian customers use UPS for shipping and US customers use Fedex Ground.

I've read in the Wiki it says it can be done but uselessly, it doesn't say how to do it:

Does anyone out there know how to do this? 

The way it goes now, Canadian customers can choose either Fedex Ground or UPS Standard to Canada.  Since Fedex ground is less expensive they will always choose that.  I NEED them to chose UPS Standard to Canada however.  Is there a way to serve only 1 shipping option based on the customers country?
