We, Rings & Things, just recently bought from GreyBeard an addon to purge orders between given dates. We would like to suggest that you integrate this into Product Cart. We know not everyone will need or want such a feature, but we do and I am sure other customers would like the ability as well.

Just to illustrate my point. We just recently had a problem with our batchshiporders.asp and opened a trouble ticket with you. The orders that were processed and ready to ship just wouldn't appear on the page after taking awhile for the page to load at all.
