We just received our first on-line order from Canada and discovered that our integrated FedEx  rate quoting came up with a ship price that is about half what it is actually going to cost us to ship the package. After double checking the address, weight etc I called FedEx they said that likely the integrator (in this case Product Cart) is not asking for and including the additional fees required for international shipments.

Are any of you using the Product Cart/FedEx integration to calculate shipping?
If so, is it working accurately?
Any tips you can suggest?
