You should be able to setup the store so that it uses Canadian dollars both as the store currency and the PayPal currency. If I set up a separate store for Canada, and I am based here in the USA, I should think my Canadian site would show Canadian Dollars. 

My questions are: How do I set up the payment processing.  For paypal, do I need to set up a paypal account in Canada?  OR can I use a US Paypal account, and if so, how or where does the currency conversion take place?  I have spent hours trying to figure this out from the paypal people, but they have no support.  Maybe someone here has dealt with this before. 

Can I also use the same merchant account as I use for my USA store?  Or do I need a new merchant account too?

Anyone experienced in this would be nice to hear from...
