I just noticed that the affiliate link generated to the home page on Affgenlinks.asp has "home.asp" hard coded into it.

Seems to me that 

tempURL=replace((scStoreURL&"/"&scPcFolder&"/pc/home.asp?idaffiliate="&idaffiliate),"//","/")

should be changed to: 

tempURL=replace((scURLredirect&"?idaffiliate="&idaffiliate),"//","/")
