I could spend some time and write the code myself but, the though was that there are others that may want or need the function.

I am sure that there are other states that have tax holidays.

Is it possible to add a switch so that the sales tax rate calculator can be turned off.

There are times when the state has "sales tax holidays."  It would be nice if
I could just turn the sales tax off during the holidays and turn them back on when
it is over.
