Hi Dave,

Here are a few possible reasons:

Was the database supplied by your hosting provider created in the same version of MSSQL as the one you have on your local computer? You can sometimes get problesm if it is different.

Have you amended the path to the database in storeconstants.asp in the Includes Folder?

Are all the permissions set up correctly on your local computer?

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up a local store and have a have a few questions.

I got iis set up on my XP Pro box and set up the free ms sql data base.

The problem that I am having is that of setting up the database. I called my hosting
company and down loaded a copy of my data base. I read the directions posted on the
Wiki but am still confused.

Is there someone that can give me some guidance by pointing
me in the right direction?
