HI, I tried everything, maybe its in the text like you said but maybe its about the ponctuation? is it possible ? because when we added  other products there was columns and there was no problem , now there is. Hi, Please check you are following the process corectly as described in the WIKI : http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/productcart/products_import
The most common issues are an incorrectly named range, not formattings SKU's as TEXT  and not removing cloumns that you do not need.
If you then still cannot get this to work please raise a support ticket. When you get the auto-reply please reply to it, attaching the file you are attempting to import.

Hi , I need hellp ,
 
I'm trying , since yesterday, to import a product with wizard and its says that the file is too small. I tried to import my file and then its says , record1: the sku is not in the data base. But its in the servor so , I don'T know what to do can you help me please ?
