I noticed that my other admin accounts aside from the primary account aren't able to view the dashboard.

To fix that, go to pcadmin/menu.asp and change line 90 from: 

IF session("PmAdmin")="19" THEN %>


to 


IF (session("PmAdmin")="19") OR (session("PmAdmin")="1*2*3*4*5*6*7*8*9*10*11*") THEN %>
