This is due to the USPS "fix" not including the version of the "shipRates.asp" file used by the Mobile Commerce Add-on. We posted an update to the "Just In" section of the ProductCart Support Center.

Just installed Mobile Commerce. Not getting USPS shipping rates. Full site works fine.
