This happened to me too. Did you put a bunch of 0's in the front of your UPS number? I removed those numbers and it worked. I am trying to create a new UPS account with the UPS Online tools wizard.

I have a UPS account # that is all alphas & tells me Error in Shipper Number. I also have an account that has alphas & letters, that seems to work, but then I just get a generic Invalid field value & doesn't tell me which field. I have gone through the help tutorial & made sure things have no spaces, enough characters, etc.

Any thoughts??


I also have another account I need to set up for Israel which apparently doesn't have any "states" Any work-around for that?
