Why not just completely uninstall it and reinstall? We've never had issues with dazzle. Just to add, I need to ship lots and lots of packages first class international. I saw in the Wiki it mentioned express international is an option, but my customers would freak if they had to pay that much.

I have been unable to ship any packages for a week thanks to a corrupted Endicia Dazzle upgrade that tech support can't seem to fix. Because of this I am looking at switching to the Endicia integration option. First I have a few questions.

Am I correct that I need to cancel my current Endicia account and start a new one?

Can this be used for international packages and if so will it create customs forms?

Does this work with a Zebra printer?

Is this completely separate from Dazzle which is what I have been having such headaches with?
