How can I set the order that the invoice list product description?

I sell backpacks. All packs need to have torso size,hipbelt size and shoulder strap style. While I have all the ProC options set in that order on the invoice Pack [a] will have the features listed one order and Pack another, and Pack [c] a third.

What do I need to do so that what is read by shipping is in a consistent order?
