If I recall correctly, and checking an older store seems to confirm this, instPrdb.asp is the script that version 2 stores used to insert new products into the database.  That script seems to no longer exist in newer stores such as v3.
 
So I presume, and would ask you to confirm, that you are running an old v2 store.
 
And what this error is reporting is that a SQL query in that script is failing.  Did you (or your host) make any changes to the "add new product" script, to the database, or anything else that could be affecting this?

I Have been using my shop for the last years, not very active but never had any problems. Untill resently: I try to upload new products it mostley fails and I get to see this:

Sometimes I can upload a new product by cloning an old one and then change sku and image, but this also ends up mostly in:Error in instPrdb 1:

Anybody knows a solution
