It depends on the payment method. I am trying to find in the code where I can do some validation on the routing number for eCheck.  I thought it would be in the "OnePageCheckout.asp" page but for the life of me I can not find it.
 
I am new to ProductCart, but I have a few years of .asp under my belt.
