Could you be more specific about the page from which they were trying to add items to the cart? Many of my phone calls to put orders in over the phone are from MAC users. They didn't specify a page, just said they couldn't get it to work at all. They were using Safari for Mac, if that makes a difference. A Safari user has told me that the "add to cart" and "buy" buttons are not working for them. I've searched the wiki and the forums but haven't run into this problem mentioned. I'm using version 4.0.
