ok, I see what they have there - silly people.  That's rather misleading at a quick glance.
 
I can tell you that unless there is a TON of demand for this, EI will not integrate to them.  It's just the reality of things - only significant demand will cause a new integration to be considered seriosly by EI.
 
So if you want this, and are willing to pay for the development effort, I suggest you contact developers who have a track record of successfully altering PC.  The instructions that I briefly reviewed do not look that tough.

Yeah they listed PC on their site but they haven't provided integration procedures specifically for PC yet. I hope EI would provide an addon for eLayaway.com eventually.

I'd not heard of this before now, but interestingly they  list PC on their site:

Maybe EI knows who has performed that integration, or you should contact elayaway.com and ask who has performed that coding.  At first glance, it does not look that difficult to pull off, though I have not looked that closely.
