Hmm, that is usually involved. The root cause is ( I believe) always because the session changed so I suspect the session is changing when it switches to https.. Hi,
  Is the URL changing? e.g. going from a non WWW version to a WWW version?

Need some advice from the forum.

Right now with ProductCart the cart contents gets cleared when you proceed to the payment options screen in onepagecheckout. But a user might bail out of the payment process, but come back later. Comes back to only find that their cart contents are gone.

The products we will be selling will require customizations and we'd like to retain the users hard work by retaining their cart even if they bail out midway through the checkout process.

Is there a piece of code in onepagecheckout.asp that I can comment out to do this?
