We are just doing some research to see exactly how to proceed.<br><br>We use anchors on onepagecheckout.asp to identify different steps of the checkout process. So the idea is to find a way to leverage those by passing them to Google Analytics in a way that will let GA track the different steps.<br><br>More to come...<br>]]>

But as we've been working through the data here vis a vis our Abandoned Cart Follow-Up add-on, we haven't discovered any such data points in the PC db.<br /><br />This would definitely be very valuable data from a conversion marketing perspective, indeed. If we could ferret out this kind of data, we could make some educated guesses on why the cart was left incomplete and suggest a remedy programatically on out-going email to customers who have failed to complete their order.]]>
