I have setup USPS using the USPS web tools. Seems to be functioning properly as it returns shipping rates. I am primarly providing USPS for internatiomal customers. During the processing of the shipment to Canada the State/ Prov. is not available (Ontario). Ontario is available in the pull down box for a billing and shipping address during checkout.

Also USPS returns and error the the ZIP must be numaric, but Onatrio has a zip of N0J1Z0.
 
Any help would be apreciated.
