Not just the Ship-To address. Make sure that the Ship-From address is the same, same packaging type, etc. etc.<br><br>With regard to the settings, they are set in the Control Panel. All I get is the previously mentioned "no shipping rates available" message, while on my shipping details pages in the backoffice, everything looks fine.  I will look at your link, but in the meantime, do you have any other suggestions?]]>

I've made sure that all of my products have nonzero weights, that the Limit Delivery By Zip Code is turned off, and all of the shipping options appear to work on the shipping detail page.
