I just wanted part numbers nambers and inventory quantity.  That did the trick.

Go to Reports > Custom Data Export.... then click on Simple Product Export and check the fields you want to export. SKU, Online Price, Stock, General Image.

I'm not completely sure of exactly what you are looking for here, but there are a number of features that come to mind such as under Update Multiple Products and the Export for Re-import options.

Hello,
 
I have recently purchased Productcart and i am just learning how to use it.  I spent the last 11 days manually inputting categories, subcategories, products, cropping images, uploading images, part numbers, prices, inventory levels, etc. into the pruductcart before turning it over to the programmer for payment proccessing and home page design.  I have about 350 products.
 
I wish to run an inventory report and I do not know how.  I wan t to triple check my pricing, my inventory levels, inventory  reorder levels, etc.
 
There must be a way that the data base will compile this information on a spreadsheet format.
 
If anyone knows the key to this please let me know.
