After choosing PayPal for checkout and logging into their account the customer is on the Review your information page. They have an option to add special instructions to merchant. Can this field be sent through the order email? If so, is this automatically done in 4.1 or will it have to be modded in?

The PayPal email itself goes to our accounting dept. so the special instructions going to them does us little good, and we don't want to change who the PayPal email goes too.
