I would like to use the Content Page Management System in version 4.0 to automatically generate a two tier navigation. I am want the content pages to appear with a header and a list under each one.

Policies                  Customer Service         Etc...
Privacy Policy          Contact Us                      Etc...
Shipping Policy        Etc..
Etc..

I am assuming I can do this by using the css. Can anyone give me an idea where to start.
