Actually EI sent me a fix for this yesterday and I am happy to say all is working fine! No issues whatsoever. Contact EI and I'm sure they will send you the fix.
 
Also, to update the ImageMagnifier, go to Global Changes and you can change them all at once. No need to individually change each one.

I have just installed the 4.1 update and am finding the same problem as Rick. The Mojozoom works on page load, but as soon as I mouse over one of the additional image thumbnails, just an empty space appears (in Firefox).

I have the apparel add-on and the magnifier works fine on page load, but if I select any one of the additional images the magnifier no longer works, on any image on that product detail page. Once I reload the page the same happens. Before I submit a ticket I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue, or if this is a known issue with stores that use additional images? I tried the store demo but I could not find any products that had additional images associated with them, so I could not duplicate the problem.
