Hello everybody,

I'm confused about shipping - the integration of UPS and FedEx calculates shipping based on weight and the default package dimensions (volume). If a customer order must go in a larger package (not oversized, but just larger than default), the cost will be more but it does not seem that productcart will detect that. How does one make sure they are charging enough for shipping?
The solution may be that UPS only charges the rates that are returned, and that these are tracked based on the label printed after shipping is done in ProductCart.
