Do UPS rates not appear at all?  If not, it sounds like a setup issue, possibly something wrong with your account with UPS. Hello,

We have recently setup our shipping options within ProductCart to include both FedEx and UPS.  We have set UPS as the default shipping provider yet everytime we run through a checkout, only the FedEx tab is displayed.  Any ideas as to why the UPS tab does not display?
