Glad to see you got it figured out joshs. I'm using chat program Olark and analytics is able to track all of the chats as well. I can see that my analytics are not set up correctly.

The instructions read as follows:

Enter your 'Query Parameter' in the field provided. Please enter only the word or words that designate an internal query parameter such as "term,search,query". Sometimes the word is just a letter, such as "s" or "q". You may provide up to five parameters, separated by a comma.

Google analytics has been keeping track of my search usage. What is the best way to look at users search queries?
