There is an option to "Show All" products within a category. Thanks. I was thinking more of having as an option rather than the default example(https://secure.stewartbrown.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=MWEST-T51HENS69S6&Category_Code=ESSEN) there is a button to "show all".

You can do this by changing the display settings in the Control Panel to display a high number of products per page.
