sure - but is it possible to switch the snipet of code - to allow it to be displayed with the category information?

Hi,
  The url is not truncated, it's just a link directly to the product. Products can sit in multiple categories, which are useful for navigation and organisation, but, as you can see in this case, they can also be linked to directly without reference to a category.

Is it possible to stop the product urls from being Trunacted when hyper linked from below the details section on a product page?
 
This is causing a new url to be generated but is actaully a duplicate without the category in the url.
 
example current url ProductCart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=396&idproduct=1277
url as a cross sell product /ProductCart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=1277
 
all i'm looking to do is have this file produce the full url with the category id in the url.
