You can find all of the details about the Stone Edge Order Manager on our Website at www.StoneEdge.com. That includes general product information, a Users Guide that you can download, a searchable Knowledge Base, sales and training videos and an active Users Forum, all of which are available to the public. The bottom line is that we offer an affordable PC-based program that was designed for small-to-medium Web and POS merchants. It is compatible with over 40 shopping carts (including ProductCart, of course), has been on the market for over 10 years and is used by over 2,000 merchants, including 11 of this year's Internet Retailer Top 500 (although most of our users are smaller than that). It has tools for managing orders, customers, inventory, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, RMAs, etc. The optional POS system is fully integrated with the rest of the program. Can you send me some details please. I often get asked for fully integrated POS/Webshop systems and I always hit the problem that one of the componenets isn't suitable. Something that works with Productcart would be ideal.

Yes, the Stone Edge Order Manager is used in the UK. I'm not sure how many people are using our POS system there, or whether there are any special issues with it. The Stone Edge Order Manager, which is compatible with ProductCart, has an optional point of sale system that is completely integrated with the rest of the Order Manager, including the ability to update the quantity on hand in your Web store(s) when POS sales are made. It depends on your point of sale program. There is integration with storefront but their are so many backend systems most have to be custom written. The data is reeadily accessible from productcarts own database.

i am wanting to integrate product cart with our point of sale program.  we would like to track our inventory online as well as in our shop

for example, when web purchase is made, it will be removed from our point of sale program in our shop
